UP17 Communication Pvt Ltd provides digital software products and custom development services. As all our products and services are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved.
1. Digital Product Delivery
All software products purchased from our platform are delivered digitally:
- Immediately after successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link
- Download links are available in your customer account under "My Downloads"
- Each download link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads
2. Delivery Timeline
- Downloadable Software: Instant delivery upon payment confirmation
- Custom Development Projects: Timeline specified in the project agreement (typically 2–8 weeks)
- SaaS/Portal Setup: Within 24–48 hours of payment (business days)
3. Access Credentials
For SaaS-based products, login credentials and setup details will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your download link or access credentials within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@up17.in or call +91-7599290000.
